No Returns. No Refunds. Size Exchanges Only.
At AVIOBOOTS, every pair is handcrafted with care. To maintain the integrity of our craftsmanship and pricing, we operate a strict exchange-only policy.
✅ What we DO offer
- Size Exchange — If your boots don't fit, we will exchange them for a different size, subject to stock availability.
❌ What we DO NOT offer
- No refunds — full or partial
- No returns for any reason other than verified manufacturing defects
- No exchanges for a different style, model, or colour
Conditions for Size Exchange
To qualify for a size exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original box, packaging, dust bag, and tags must be intact
- Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse
- AVIOBOOTS covers shipping costs for sending the new size back to you
How to Request a Size Exchange
- Email us with your order number, the size received, and the size you need
- Wait for approval (usually 1–2 business days)
- Ship the unworn product back via a tracked courier service
- Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the new size within 3–5 business days
Manufacturing Defects
In the rare case of a verified manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Final-Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange:
- All sale and clearance products
- Custom-made or made-to-measure boots
- Personalised or monogrammed items
- Items returned without original packaging
